Job Description:
The Services team member is responsible for home maintenance issues throughout the Innsbrook Resort community.
Essential Functions:
Carpentry Plumbing Electrical Landscaping Leads by example.
Responsibilities:
Ensures all equipment safely and maintenance procedures are followed.
Reports for duty each day on time.
Follows directions from supervisor.
Follows all safety rules and company safety policies.
Strives to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility.
Maintain a clean and safe job site.
Homeowner maintenance issues.
Working from an extension ladder, dig and repair water and sewer lines as necessary.
Requirements:

years' experience.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift 50 pounds safely.
Proficient equipment operating skills including hand tools, ladders and lawn equipment.
Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun and fast paced environment.
Verbal and written communications skills.
Good time management skills; possible weekend and/or overtime may be required.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Clean and professional appearance Punctual and dependable.
