Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the property - Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospective tenants - Assist with lease administration, including preparing lease agreements and renewals - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations - Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling vendors and contractors - Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities - Assist with financial reporting and expense tracking - Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of Buildium property management software is a huge plus - Familiarity with property maintenance and facilities management - Understanding of leasing contracts and legal requirements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Property Manager in all aspects of property operations.
