Essential Job Functions:
Job cost analysis Maintain files Accounts Receivable/Payable duties.
Answering phones and interacting with vendors and clients Assist in day-to-day office operations Must be able to complete work with little or no supervision General Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years of QuickBooks experience Proficient with MS Office Effective communication skills, including with owner, co-workers and customers Must have good time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask and organize Must be able to handle sensitive information confidentially Good listening skills with the ability to follow verbal directions correctly Must be able to pass a drug screen Preferred Experience Accounts Receivable/Payable Payroll Experience Experience with Supplier software (Ariba, Taulia, etc.
